Joseph B. Steffy, IV, Esq. ("JB") and Joseph S. Sayegh, Esq. JOE is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Cum Laude and he has been practicing law in NY State since 1989. Representing sellers and purchasers of residential and commercial real estate, his practice involves a full range of diverse transactions (simple to complex) with various types of financing, as well as title examination, financing issues, contract negotiation, document preparation, client consultation and the attendance/supervision at the closing table. He has taught for many years at the NY Real Estate Learning Center, Inc., lectured on real estate topics for real estate professionals and is admitted to practice before NY State Courts and the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of NY.
JB is a graduate of Pace Law School and holds a MBA from Pace University and he has been practicing law in NY State since 2009. He represents purchasers and sellers in real estate transactions involving contract reviews, title reviews, and closings. He closes loan transactions for various mortgage lenders. He assists clients in forming corporations for their business ventures. He advises clients in estate planning matters to help plan for their future. He is admitted to practice in NY State and the US District Court for the Southern District for NY. He is also a member of the St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital Foundation Board.
